MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiffs are the Worldwide Church of God (Church of God) and twenty-four members of the church who are students of the Amarillo Independent School District. The Plaintiffs by this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331(a) and 1343(3), seek to enjoin the enforcement of the Amarillo School District's absence policy which limits the number of excused absences for religious holidays...
