This is a child custody case.

The parties were married in 1960. The husband attended various universities in the early years of the marriage and finally obtained a PhD in Old Testament in 1970. He is presently a camp director for a Christian education group in Birmingham. The wife has a master's degree in education and is presently employed as a school counselor in the Birmingham school system. Two children were born as a result of this marriage...
