Plaintiff commenced this action against defendant for alleged breach of his employment contract. Defendant, in turn, answered and counterclaimed alleging that plaintiff's contention of breach was unjustified and was in itself a breach of the contract. Resolution of the dispute turns on the meaning of two clauses of the employment contract.
