Appellant's notice of appeal in this case states that the appeal is taken from an order granting respondent's motion for summary judgment "entered in this action on the 17th day of December 1979." This order, however, was mistakenly signed by a district judge who was not assigned to the case, and is therefore conceded by the parties to be void. See DCR 18.
