BEVILACQUA, Chief Justice.
This is a criminal appeal in which the defendant, Theodore Towns, was indicted for murder, tried and found guilty by a Superior Court jury, and then sentenced to life imprisonment. The defendant challenges his conviction on several grounds including the fact that the jury was allowed to consider conflicting testimony about the results of a benzidine test
