SARGENT v. STATE

No. CR 80-236.

614 S.W.2d 503 (1981)

Donald Odell SARGENT, Appellant, v. STATE of Arkansas, Appellee.

Supreme Court of Arkansas.

Rehearing Denied May 18, 1981.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

E. Alvin Schay, State Appellate Public Defender, by Linda Faulkner Boone, Deputy Defender, Little Rock, for appellant.

Steve Clark, Atty. Gen., by Jack W. Dickerson, Asst. Atty. Gen., Little Rock, for appellee.

PURTLE, Justice.

Appellant was convicted of first degree murder and was sentenced to life in the Arkansas Department of Correction. We find no error on either point and therefore affirm the action of the trial court.
