OPINION
KELLEHER, Justice.
The defendant, James T. McAssey (McAssey), was convicted by a jury in the Superior Court of operating a motor vehicle in reckless disregard of the safety of others, with death resulting, in violation of G.L. 1956 (1968 Reenactment) § 31-27-1. The sole issue presented by this appeal is whether the evidence adduced at trial was sufficient to warrant a finding of reckless conduct.
