In this expropriation suit, the State took an entire parcel of ground, belonging to Lena Maggio, Cecile Maggio, Josephine Maggio and Carmelite Maggio Gullo, and leased by Matthew J. Randazzo. At the beginning of the trial, it was stipulated that the fair market value of the property was $38,460.00, so that the only issue presented was the apportionment of that amount between the lessors and the lessee.
