This civil action arises out of a motor vehicle collision occurring on July 26, 1974, on Pontiac Avenue in Cranston. At the time of the collision, the plaintiff, Gary V. Finck (Finck), was operating a motor vehicle owned by the defendant's insured, Winner's Circle Motors, Inc. (Winner's Circle).
