Separately indicted for having committed the crime of murder in violation of 17-A M.R.S.A. § 201(1)(A) and (B)1, defendants Richard D. Kimball and Randolph R. Lord were tried together before a jury in the Superior Court (Oxford County). At the trial neither defendant took the witness stand to testify in his own behalf.
