Appellant Arthur Charles Pratt (hereafter "Pratt") attempted, without success in the trial court, to obtain the transfer of a suit affecting the parent-child relationship from Moore County to Potter County and to modify the managing conservatorship of two children. The transfer was denied after the court of continuing jurisdiction concluded that the residence of the children in question was not in Potter County. The motion to modify was dismissed...
