The appellant was a nonprobationary teacher who was placed on probation pursuant to his contract for the 1979-80 school year. The appellee, Board of Education of the Hamburg Public School District, refused to renew appellant's contract for the 1980-81 school year. The Ashley County Circuit Court affirmed the action of the Board.
