The primary issue presented by this appeal is whether under the Uniform Partnership Act one partner can terminate a partnership created for an indefinite term where the partnership agreement provides for its continuation until "dissolved mutually or by law." We are asked to reverse the trial court's refusal to dissolve a partnership or to nullify a provision of the agreement that a withdrawing partner forfeits his interest in the accounts receivable...
