YOUNG, Judge.

Defendant was convicted, on stipulated facts, of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance. ORS 475.992(4). On appeal, he assigns as error the denial of his motion to suppress evidence seized during execution of a search warrant. Probable cause to issue the warrant was supplied by the affidavit of James Michaud, a police officer with the Eugene Police Department. The affidavit was based primarily on hearsay statements given by a named informant....
