Although originally involving other parties and issues, on appeal this case presents a claim by an administrator against the uninsured motorist carrier of his decedent, James A. Rogers. Decedent was killed in an accident on August 21, 1976, while riding in a vehicle being driven by Mrs. Betty J. Haynes.
