Appellant was convicted of burglary with a firearm for which a twenty year sentence was imposed. A few days after filing a notice of appeal, he filed a motion to proceed in forma pauperis, pursuant to Rule 18, Circuit and Chancery Court Uniform Rules, Ark.Stat.Ann. Vol. 3A.
