OPINION BY JUDGE PALLADINO, September 23, 1981:

Elizabeth Yurack (Claimant) appeals from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) affirming a referee's denial of benefits pursuant to Section 402(b)(1) of the Unemployment Compensation Law.1 We affirm.

Claimant's driver's license was suspended for medical reasons and as a result she submitted her resignation...
