Diamond M Company, et al.", number 54,202 on the docket of the Thirty-Second Judicial District Court, Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, and reported in this Court as Hebert v. Diamond M Company, 385 So.2d 410 (La.App. 1 Cir. 1980), writs denied, 390 So.2d 203 (La.1980).
