This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court dismissing plaintiff's suit for damages due to personal injuries allegedly sustained by him as a result of an accident occurring on April 19, 1976, when a hydraulic automobile lift dropped. Plaintiff was employed as a mechanic at the time of the accident and was inspecting a vehicle for repairs when the accident occurred.
