Rogers, from a judgment of the Wyoming County Supreme Court which directed respondents to approve for payment all vouchers submitted by the petitioner County of Wyoming to compensate petitioner, The Wyoming County-Attica Legal Aid Bureau, Inc., for services contracted by the County.
