This is an appeal from an order entered by the District Court for Lancaster County, Nebraska, finding the appellant, Gilbert Dean Grady, to be in contempt of court. The parties to this action were formerly husband and wife, having been divorced on May 12, 1978. The case was appealed to this court and was affirmed here at Grady v. Grady, 204 Neb. 595, 284 N.W.2d 402 (1979)...
