PER CURIAM.

Frank Sacco appeals from the district court's1 dismissal of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus in which he sought to overturn the decision of the United States Parole Commission rescinding its earlier decision granting Sacco parole effective July 18, 1979,2 and instead granting him a presumptive parole date of December 15, 1981. We affirm.
