This case is before the court on defendants' motion to dismiss. Plaintiffs Friedman and Skehan brought actions pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging unlawful employment policies, practices and acts. Plaintiff Friedman, in addition, seeks relief pursuant to Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
