John C. Thibodeaux (Plaintiff) instituted this tort action to recover damages for personal injuries he suffered in a collision between a truck and a farm tractor. The defendants are Alex Olivier and his liability insurer, Fireman's Fund Insurance Company (Fireman's). Plaintiff later amended his petition to add as defendant, Commercial Union Insurance Company (Commercial), which provided uninsured motorist (U.M.) coverage under a policy issued to plaintiff...
