Petitioner in the above styled action seeks federal habeas corpus relief under 28 U.S.C.A. § 2254. Petitioner is presently serving a life term of imprisonment imposed by the Superior Court of Crawford County, Georgia on March 4, 1977 following his conviction by jury in that court of murder.
