Plaintiff, Charlotte Rahm, filed this civil action seeking recovery for damages suffered as the result of an alleged physical attack upon her by Gwendolyn Calhoun at a car wash where Ms. Calhoun worked. Plaintiff named as defendants both Ms. Calhoun and her employer, Exxon Corporation.
