We have before us two cases, Nos. 14226 and 14227, which have been consolidated on appeal. Case No. 14226, Moore v. Sun Lumber Company, is before this Court on a petition for appeal and supersedeas from an order of the Circuit Court of Webster County, entered on September 26, 1977, in Civil Action 76-C-41, which denied an action by appellants, John D. Moore and Robert W. Moore, to force the sale of a 414 acre tract of land to satisfy a default judgment...
