The issue in this labor relations case is whether the Public Employee Labor Relations Board (PELRB) awarded the proper measure of back pay benefits to two school teachers who, it had previously determined, had been the victims of unfair labor practices committed by the defendant, Barrington School Board. We uphold the PELRB's determination of allowable back pay benefits and affirm.
