For personal injuries suffered in a collision between a Volkswagen and a Cadillac on State Line Road between Kansas City, Missouri, and Johnson County, Kansas, respondent received a verdict and judgment thereon for $50,000 against appellants Wayman A. Hamilton, Love and Bouckhout. The jury, pursuant to instructions, apportioned the fault against Wayman A. Hamilton, 50%, and Love and Bouckhout, 50%. Love and Bouckhout had judgment upon Wayman A.
