This case is before this Court for review of the recommendation of the Board of Commissioners of the Utah State Bar that C. DeMont Judd, Jr., (hereinafter "appellant") be suspended from the practice of law for a period of two months. That recommendation and the findings of the Board upon which it was based, dated February 11, 1980, were certified to this Court on March 4, 1980.
