Steven Anthony Hanks, Jr., (Appellant) appeals a jury conviction on his plea of not guilty for the offense of murder. The jury assessed punishment at twenty years. At issue is did the trial court err in admitting color photographs, and whether the court committed fundamental error by submitting a charge which contained an ambiguous, misleading definition of "intentional" thereby authorizing conviction by proof distinct from that required by the indictment...
