This is an appeal from a denial by the District Court of appellant's motion, made pursuant to Rule 35 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, to correct an allegedly illegal sentence. Rule 35 provides that, while a court may correct an "illegal sentence" at any time, a court may correct a sentence "imposed in an illegal manner" only within time limits set forth...
