Defendant was charged with violating § 561.011, RSMo 1969, in that he did "utter as true and genuine" a forged will. A jury found him guilty of "forgery" and assessed a fine of $1,000 as punishment. Appellant appealed to the Supreme Court of Missouri. That court transferred the appeal to this district of the Missouri Court of Appeals "in which jurisdiction is vested".
