Following a jury trial in Superior Court, Cumberland County, Royal J. Vosmus was convicted of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and operating a motor vehicle while a revocation prohibiting such operation was in effect under the habitual offender law, 29 M.R.S.A. § 2298.
