Appellant, Arthur Arcement, filed this suit against his employer, Norman Industries, and its various insurers seeking to recover damages for injuries he claimed to have suffered during the course of his employment aboard the Pipeliner 8, formerly called the Kermac III, a vessel owned and operated by Norman Industries.
