Plaintiff Walter Dale Tucker sued defendants Mr. and Mrs. Earl Lirette, Jr., and their insurance carrier, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, for damages resulting from an intersectional collision between plaintiff's motorcycle and the car driven by Mrs. Lirette in the city of Houma.
