This action was brought by plaintiff to recover amounts alleged to be due from defendant Pioneer Tractor and Implement, Inc. ("Pioneer"), a former International Harvester dealer, and from defendants Wayne and Dora Schoenfeld, the owners of Pioneer and guarantors of the corporate obligations. Defendants denied any balance due and filed a third-party complaint against International Harvester Company. The trial court entered judgment for plaintiff....
