HOWARD, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment in the Jefferson Circuit Court affirming a judgment in the Jefferson District Court, Juvenile Division. Scott Davidson, age 11, appeals his conviction for criminal mischief in the first degree and joins Brian Davidson, age 7, in appealing the court's ruling that probable cause existed to initially arrest both appellants.
