This is an action for the construction of a will. Claimant AMC Cancer Research Center and Hospital (AMC) appeals summary judgment entered in favor of claimant American Cancer Society (Society). We affirm.

Julia Gross executed a will in 1978. She died in 1980 and her will was admitted into probate. Thereafter, the estate's personal representative filed a petition to have the testatrix' will construed, and, in particular, to have the court determine...
