Happy Cattle Feeders, Inc. brought this action against the First National Bank in Canyon, Canyon, Texas, to recover the sum of $19,891.50, plus interest and attorney's fees. In its action, Happy Cattle Feeders alleged that the Bank wrongfully dishonored two checks drawn on the account of one of the Bank's customers, Happy Wheat Growers, Inc., and payable to the order of Happy Cattle Feeders.1 The Bank answered the action...
