Appellant, Fowler, appeals the trial court's denial of his motion for post-conviction relief made pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We remand with instructions.

Fowler, while admitting that the trial court dutifully advised the appellant of the rights he was giving up by pleading guilty and inquired as to the factual basis for the plea, alleges in his motion that the trial court did not inform him of the charges against him...
