This is an appeal in a proceeding under the Workmen's Compensation Act. The plaintiff was injured on December 31, 1977, while employed as a custodian and maintenance man by the defendant St. Mary's Church and School, Inc., in David City, Nebraska. While spreading ice remover over the church steps in the course of his employment, the plaintiff slipped and fell.
