ROVIRA, Justice.

The defendant-appellant, Stanley Johnson, was convicted by a jury of attempted robbery1 and second-degree burglary.2 Here he challenges certain rulings of the trial court as erroneous and questions the constitutionality of his sentence.3 We affirm the judgment.
