Claimant was a bus driver employed by Baumann & Sons Buses, Inc., from June, 1979 until March 3, 1980. On February 15, 1980, while operating a minibus carrying retarded persons, he was involved in a collision with an automobile at an intersection. Claimant, after stopping for a stop sign, evidently edged his bus forward somewhat to gain better visibility of traffic on the intersecting street when the accident occurred. The mishap resulted in property damage to both vehicles...
