PER CURIAM:

Appellant, Ida Vene Armour, on behalf of herself as representative of a purported class, seeks reversal of the District Court's dismissal of the action for failure to establish the continuing existence of a live case or controversy. On the basis of our conclusion that the District Court correctly determined that this case does not present a live case or controversy, we affirm the judgment of dismissal.
