This action is brought by the Plaintiff pursuant to the Employment Retirement Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. to compel immediate payment of pension funds by his former employer, Wikoff Color Corporation ("Wikoff"). Upon his discharge by Wikoff in 1979 after eight years of employment, Plaintiff had a non-forfeitable and vested interest of sixty-four percent of $9,827.53 in the company's pension...
