The Machinists Non-Partisan Political League ("MNPL") appeals from a district court order which enforced a subpoena issued to MNPL by the Federal Election Commission ("FEC" or "Commission"). The subpoena was part of an FEC investigation into the activities of nine so-called "draft-Kennedy" organizations which operated during the first ten months of 1979.
