The People of the State of Colorado (petitioner) filed a petition for injunctive relief against Wallace Dunlap and Perry Dunlap (respondents) pursuant to C.A.R. 21. The petition requests that we enjoin the respondents from proceeding pro se as plaintiffs in any present or future litigation in the state courts of Colorado.
