Plaintiff, Harry's Hardware, Inc., appeals from a judgment dismissing its application for a Preliminary Injunction prohibiting the New Orleans Superintendent of Police and certain elected officials from enforcing La.R.S. 51:194, commonly referred to as the "Sunday closing law".
