Defendant appeals from an order granting a summary judgment in favor of plaintiff. We reverse and remand.

The following facts are the only facts in the record and are undisputed. On or about August 4, 1978, a collision occurred at an intersection in Beaverton, Oregon, between a vehicle operated by the plaintiff, Michael Myhran, and a vehicle operated by one Carlotta Goodson.
